How do I book an appointment?

Do you do direct billing?
Yes, we offer direct billing through TELUS Health eClaims for participating insurance providers. We also work with SunLife & Blue Cross for insurance submission. This allows us to submit your claims directly. However, please note that we do not have access to the details of your insurance policy, so we recommend confirming coverage with your provider directly.
From time to time, due to factors outside of our control, direct billing may not work. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying upfront, and we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

How early can I arrive for my treatment?
Please arrive no sooner then 15 mins before your treatment. We often lock our door between treatments.

What if I fall asleep, snore, or fart during my treatment?
Look — it happens. It’s nothing to be embarrassed about. In fact, these are all signs that your body is relaxing.

How do I find the best massage therapist?
Just as every person is unique, every RMT has their own style, techniques, and approach to massage. Some may naturally provide deeper, more intense treatments, while others offer a gentler, relaxation-focused experience. Most RMTs strive to tailor their techniques to your needs, but not every therapist’s style will suit every client. Personality fit also plays a role—it’s okay if you and a therapist don’t quite click. Over time, you’ll discover your preferences and the right RMT for you. If a massage feels underwhelming, it could simply be an off day or a mismatch, and that’s perfectly normal!

What should I do if I feel uncomfortable during my treatment?
Speak up!
We’re intuitive people, but we’re not mind-readers. Always let us know if you need more or less pressure, if you’re too hot or too cold, or if you need to use the restroom.

What if I forgot to shave before my massage?
Relax, this isn’t a waxing appointment—nobody’s expecting you to be as smooth as a dolphin. Body hair doesn’t bother your therapist; they’ve got oil and skills to handle it all.
Tip: Laugh it off, communicate, and enjoy the massage—
you’re there to feel good, not impress!
